I’m Nancy Mcgowan, PhD — a Senior Operations Leader and Fractional COO with 25+ years turning high-potential, ambiguous opportunities into operational reality.
I’ve built a $2M+ monthly revenue vertical from scratch, opened 24 HVLP $5-7M gym locations.

I launched 27 e-commerce markets/ stores, and have been an early Shopify Principal/ Investor since 2010. I hold a PhD in Consumer & Business Science from Purdue, 5 Anthropic AI certifications, and a bias toward execution over decks.
I don’t just consult from a slide deck. I build the actual systems — playbooks, dashboards, SOPs, performance infrastructure — and stay until they work.
